Zaftig. Full-figured. BBW. Curvy. There are so many terms to describe a sexy, voluptuous woman. Those descriptions conjure up different visions for each of us. For me, the image that pops into my head is probably a bit closer to what I see in the mirror every morning. To you, it may be a well-known plus-sized celebrity or that girl who works behind the counter at your favorite bakery.

Not so long ago, it was kind of rare to find a good erotic or steamy romance featuring a plus-sized heroine. I remember trying so hard to find books with characters I could relate to, women who fit into a size 16, 18 or 20. Heck, anything in the 22-plus range was impossible to locate. Never made much sense to me considering the size of the average woman in the US. Why didn’t more romances set in US locales feature big gals?

Eventually, I stumbled onto Ellora’s Cave and discovered their Rubenesque line of super sexy, super hot erotic romance starring big girls with delicious alpha heroes. Oh my! I devoured so many of those books–and then set off to write my own! My first sale to EC featured a zaftig heroine (size 22, if I remember correctly) who just happened to be the object of lustful obsession for an incubus.

Nowadays it’s a lot easier to find romances and erotica centered on plus-sized heroines. The old days of scouring the internet for smexy good times and curvy heroines are over. My Kindle cup runneth over with ridiculously sexy Rubenesque goodness!

Curvy Girls:  Erotica for Women is an anthology of super sexy erotica featuring Rubenesque beauties. Featuring stories of a new mom learning to love her new body (Early Morning Light by Kristina Wright) and a big, beautiful bakery owner finally taking a chance on the sinfully sexy businessman who loves her ample assets (First Come, First Serve by Yours Truly,) this anthology has a story for everyone. If you’re in the mood for some hot, hot, HOT erotica starring full-figured heroines, this is the anthology for you!
