Tis the season for many things, but I’ll focus on the obvious: Thanksgiving. There are so very many things I’m thankful for, I’m bound to forget at least a dozen, so I’ll stick with the ones that are on the tip of my tongue, or rather, fingertips.
I’m thankful for good health for not only myself, but for my family. May we all be so blessed.
I’m appreciative of Mother Nature’s mercy and beauty. The weather has been amazing!
I’m so very happy and thankful that the election is OVER! That being said, I’m even more thankful to be living in a country where our differences can be celebrated. Let us please not allow those differences to divide us.
I’m indebted and most grateful to the characters in my head who have stuck with me and insisted their stories be told, despite my trying to silence them. I will never again try to stifle my own creativity, when I know, deep down, that it’s a blessing.
As a show of gratitude for the many loyal fans who continue to read my books and share my work with others, I offer up a FREEBIE. Without you, the readers, this dream of sharing my stories would not be a reality. *Free through the month of November*
An unconventional romance, Continental Breakfast is a steamy romance novella that can be read as a stand-alone. Or, if you’re feeling particularly curious and love the story, you can read the next two books in the series, Continental Beginnings & Continental Life. *Includes detailed sexual encounters, including oral and anal sex and an unconventional relationship. Not for closed-minded individuals or readers under the age of 18.
Bella Darcy is personal assistant, muse and plaything to wealthy businessman Mr. Pettifor. Their 9-5 relationship is unconventional, but mutually satisfying.
Mr. Pettifor is alpha male personified – demanding, stern, insatiable, emotionally closed-off and seemingly indifferent to anything that doesn’t involve six zeros behind it.
Bella had never wanted more until the day she heard passionate cries that didn’t belong to her, coming from his office. Deeply hurt and realizing that she cannot be with a man who can so blatantly be with another woman while she is mere feet away, Bella turns in her letter of resignation, throwing Mr. Pettifor into a tailspin.
Love is an easy thing to write about, although not always and not in the most flattering or flowery ways, IMO. But, for me, putting ‘love’ down on paper has always come easily. Loss, on the other hand, is one of those things that I have a hard time expressing. Perhaps it’s because I haven’t experienced it enough. I can count on less than one hand how many loved ones I’ve lost in my lifetime. I’m blessed in that aspect. Or, am I? Has the inevitable (and it IS inevitable) only prolonged the pain that I’m destined to go through? Maybe a little of both. Probably a lot of both.
I’ve written about loss (Tennessee Moonshine and my Art of D/s Trilogy) and, for the most part, I went on what I can only imagine it must feel like to lose someone whose life has impacted you deeply. To the authors who have experienced and written that kind of loss, kudos. I now know how difficult it is to move past the sadness and put down for everyone to see what you’re feeling.
I now know because I just lost my grandmother.
She was, in many ways, like a mother to me. My own mother, having had me at a very young age, was often times too immature to take on the responsibility of raising me. She tried. I know she did. Single and young, no education and no hope for one, she did her best. Until she couldn’t. And then she left me with my grandmother. For many many years. She would call. She would visit. I would spend my summers with her. But my life, my stability, was with my grandmother. I’m thankful for it and for the love she gave me, even when she still had three children of her own to take care of.
I guess the point of this post is that despite the pain and my wanting to hide under the covers, my longing to write still remains. And that’s a good thing – a really good thing, because if not for my ability to get these thoughts out of my head, I might go crazy. Well, crazier.
In honor of my Granny, I offer up a free download of my most recent publication, Ulterior Designs. And despite my very religious Granny’s objections to the types of books I wrote, she was still proud and supportive of me, and I know she would approve of my generosity.
No expiration date. Feel free to share. The only thing I ask in return is that you take a moment to tell the ones that you love how much they mean to you.

A Handful of Wolf
Sasha’s not a looking-to-the-future kind of guy, but he’s made an exception with his plans to travel and meet lots of pretty girls. Too bad his Pack Alpha, fate, and reality have other ideas about his trip abroad. He’s pretty sure he didn’t sign on to be a diplomat for the Snowdonia Wolf Pack. Or to find a Mate. Especially not a human Mate.
Megan knows better than to let a sweet-talking charmer get under her skin, but Sasha’s sexy playfulness is making her forget all her rules. Except one: she’s not willing to risk her heart by falling in love. The gorgeous boy from Wales can only be a fling, especially since her over-protective brothers hate him on sight.
In the midst of a wolf uprising, a hesitant Mate, and Megan’s complicated family ties, Sasha learns that sometimes impulsiveness is dangerous and even lethal. Can he show Megan why they belong together before it all comes crashing down around him and he loses his Mate forever?

Excerpt from A Handful of Wolf
He’d only gone a short distance when he scented her again. Megan. His wolf pricked up his ears and scratched at him. She was close and Sasha hesitated. If he delayed any further he’d only be compounding the level of trouble he’d be in. Fuck it. Two minutes wouldn’t hurt. Just to check she was okay.
He found her standing just inside the doorway to a sprawling trendy bar, with her back leaning against the doorframe, head bent and the evening sun casting fiery sparks through her hair. She spoke brightly into her phone, one finger absently playing with the hem of her shiny top while she chattered. The fabric draped softly over her gorgeous curves and Sasha couldn’t drag his eyes away. Leggy blondes were overrated. He now had a passion for curvy brunettes, and this one in particular.
She giggled. “Sure, see you in an hour,” and then finished the call and lifted her head to meet his gaze. Her eyebrows shot up into her forehead. “You again? Are you stalking me or something?”
His mouth could have been filled with sand, it felt so dry. “I, uh, no.” Her lips twitched as though she was trying not to smile, and he scrambled for something intelligent to say. “I saw you here. I, uh, wanted to apologize for, uh, you know.”
“For wrecking my dinner date?”
There was another flicker of a smile, quickly squashed, but his wolf liked it. Was she just teasing him?
“Yeah.” He dug up a suitably contrite expression and moved a step closer. “I thought he was harassing you.”
“He was, but not how you mean.” Her eyes sparkled with mischief. “Do you want to make it up to me?”
“Does it involve punching your date some more? I don’t want to get locked up.”
“Sadly, no.” She smiled properly now and it stole his breath. White teeth gleamed and her nose wrinkled briefly. “You can pay for dinner.”
There had to be a catch. Or maybe not. He grinned, his best panty-dropping smile. “It would be my pleasure. Where can I take you?”
Her eyebrows quirked. “I didn’t say I’d go with you, just that you’d pay for my dinner.”
“I did.” He loved that she was sparring with him and took another step closer. “But since I haven’t eaten yet, and you haven’t eaten yet … see a pattern here?” He stood close enough to touch her, but kept his hands relaxed at his sides. “We could go together, and you can tell me where you learned that brutal move at lunchtime.”
The smile broke into a laugh and he grinned back, fighting with himself to keep his hands away from her. He could practically taste her lips and the longing to touch her made his palms itch. His wolf was in ecstasy at her obvious delight.
“Brothers. I have two older brothers who made sure that nobody would try to take advantage of me, you know, with random kissing. That kind of thing.”
“They taught you well. But,” he cocked his head to one side. “It didn’t work.”
“No.” He dipped his head toward her and couldn’t miss the hitch in her breath. “I’d risk doing it again.”

What do you mean by “swag”?
If you look up the dictionary definition of SWAG it comes back with:
It doesn’t mention Book Swag! This is the best kind – the free goodies that you give away with a book launch or promotion. Personally, I LOVE swag. Getting a pressie from one of my favourite authors is guaranteed to put a smile on my face for days. And now that I produce my own swag, I get to give it away to my readers and followers, and that’s even more fun 🙂
My favourites to produce are bookmarks / postcards, and fridge magnets. They’re small and light enough to ship worldwide – and they are fun! I’ve just had a new batch printed. Take a look 🙂

Bridged by Love
Follow his head, he breaks her heart. Follow his heart…he breaks his pack.
Kagan Wolves, Book 1
From the moment he was born, Nic Kagan’s future was sealed. He’ll accept a mate, have kids, and eventually take over his father’s role as pack alpha. There’s just one problem.
Long ago, his heart settled on Riley, the pack’s human doctor and honorary member. Except only half of him can have her. The other half—his wolf—won’t give a weak non-shifter female a second sniff.
No one—human or shifter—has left a mark on Riley’s soul like Nic. But with his father hospitalized, any hope things could work out between them is slipping away. Yet Riley understands something else about pack life. Power isn’t always a physical gift; love is just as strong. What she and Nic have is worth fighting for.
With rival threats mounting, Nic realizes he can’t simply turn his back on Riley. Though his wolf could tear his heart out for it, he must fight for what he wants before he loses his mate. His pack. Maybe even his sanity.
Warning: Contains a reluctant alpha with only one roadblock between his heart and the woman he loves—biology. And a woman who isn’t giving up on him, even if it means risking her life to fool Mother Nature.

“Do you like what you see?”
Riley’s husky voice drew him back from the edge. Tension drained from his limbs. He yanked her panties off, tossing them across the room. “Yeah, baby, I do. I like it a lot.”
Using his thumbs, he swiped the length of her lips from bottom to top, spreading her folds and searing the memory of her perfect sex into his mind. Pink and glistening, she looked damn inviting. He knew every inch of her body, inside and out. He’d memorized her every trigger point and learned how far he could push her before pleasure turned to pain, but the sight of her, wet and welcoming, always left him in awe.
“Fucking beautiful.” His mouth watered. The small taste he’d gotten from licking his fingers hadn’t been enough to satisfy his craving. He needed to lap up her spilled cream and drink of her release. The urge took over, one he couldn’t resist. He bent and licked her cleft. Her rich flavor hit him. He groaned.
So damn good.
He wanted to get drunk on her. More licks, more swipes, and she writhed for him. He laid a hand on her lower stomach and pushed, urging her to lie back and let him pleasure her. She followed his direction. No hesitation. He slid her bottom to the very edge of the counter and massaged her hips as he teased her lower lips with slow strokes of his tongue over her cleft.
More sweet cream flowed, an irresistible lure. He dipped the tip of his tongue into her opening, and her body gripped the small invasion. Overly sensitive from her last orgasm, every touch wound her higher. A few more thrusts, and she’d come for him. The trembling in her thighs told him how close she was to finding ecstasy.
Not yet. He hadn’t fulfilled his craving.
He withdrew his tongue and repeated the languid exploration of her sex, dipping into her hot center on each pass, but not lingering. And she writhed for him. Clutched at his forearms. Moaned his name.
Perfect. She’s perfect.
He dropped to his knees and draped her legs over his shoulders, spreading her wide. The arousal waiting for him to feast on coated her cleft. With his hands under her bottom, he tipped her hips, bringing her sex closer, and kissed her lower lips as deeply as he’d taken her mouth moments before.
“Oh God. More. Give me more. Feels so good.”
Her praise registered in his hazy mind. He might’ve smiled, but he couldn’t tear himself away from her sex. Her flavor drugged him. Her moans enflamed him. Nothing else mattered beyond his need to worship her body and make her wild.
Make her come. Hard. Exactly as she’d demanded.

A little about Nancy…
A true romantic at heart, Nancy Corrigan is convinced there’s a knight in shining armor for every woman (or man), but you won’t find damsels in distress in her stories. She adores pairing alpha heroes with women strong enough to match them and bring them to their knees. She also enjoys flipping the traditional roles in romances because her motto is—love and people should never be forced to conform to anyone’s norm.
She holds a degree in chemistry and has worked in research but now focuses on ensuring quality. She considers it the perfect outlet for her as she’s the first to admit she has some OCD tendencies. It carries over into her writing life too. While engrossed in a novel, she has a habit of forgetting to eat and sleep. Fortunately, she’s married to her own knight in shining armor who understands her oddities and loves her anyway. They reside in Pennsylvania with their three children, dog, snake and guinea pigs. Her other interests include tattoos, animals, classic cars and all things spooky and sexy.

From the shadows of the surrounding foliage, Wyatt Powell watched the slip of a woman move about her campsite with ease. The business card she had left with the girls at the ranger office read, Dr. Isabelle Acker, Wildlife Biologist. It seemed, she was used to camping outdoors.
But even if she had been camping for over five years, it was damn foolish of her to be out here alone.
Normally, he wouldn’t have paid much attention, but when he’d overheard the girls saying she was well known for her study of wolves, he’d been compelled to investigate.
Everyone knew there were no wolves in the Black Hills.
For generations, his pack had cultivated that belief. And in truth, there were no wolves. At least not what one would call a “normal” wolf. Wolf shifters were a whole other matter.
So, what brought Dr. Acker here?
She’d set up her camp in a secluded spot, well away from the established sites. Perhaps she wanted privacy. But for what?
The longer he watched, the more fascinated he became by her. It wasn’t because she seemed at ease in the outdoors. Nor was it just a physical attraction. Sure, she was pretty for a human but not in a remarkable way. She was an average height with an athlete’s build. Her plain brown hair had been pulled into a simple ponytail, but it did glitter a bit when she stepped into patches of sunlight.
Yet something about her had captured his interest. Both man and beast wanted to learn more.
He was about to retreat into the woods when he saw her gather a towel and a few bathing items and head to the nearby stream. His conscience argued he should leave and allow her some privacy, but the bulge behind his zipper insisted on following her. Part of him wanted to know how much of a nature lover she was.
Like a deer, she picked her way over the rocks until she found a spot next to the river. Before sitting, she slowly turned her head in both directions scanning the area.
Wyatt had been taught by his Sioux grandfather the value of patience when tracking prey. Or a foe. Despite his base attraction, he had yet to determine which she might be.
